Generation After. Polish Performing Arts Showcase

Organized by the Nowy Teatr for the eighth time Generation After. Showcase is an intense presentation of new trends in the Polish theatre. It presents the newest developments taking place on Polish theatre stages to representatives and programmers of the most important festivals and theatre institutions from Europe, Asia and the Americas. You’ve been invited to join the game of TRUTH OR DARE!

During the 8^th edition of the Generation After Showcase, we will be playing, daring, and posing hard questions. What is the one thing you would do if you knew there’d be zero consequences? Do you dare to fight your demons? And what about the truth? We seem to be afraid of it, trying to live as if nothing had happened and meanwhile, the world is burning. And we know that it will burn even more and then what?

The truth is that theater won’t change the world. The dare is to see the world. Or do you need us to change the rules of the game?

This year's edition is accompanied by a PITCHING SESSION, which will present eight projects created by Ukrainian and Belarusian artists living in exile in Poland.
