Composer pianist and ClimateKeys founder Lola Perrin presents an evening of piano, spoken word and audience dialogue on solutions to environmental and ecological breakdown.

Between 2017 - 2020 over seventy concerts took place in fifteen countries performed by scores of musicians, each playing locally in collaboration with local experts, triggering thousands of new conversations.

Joanna Wicherek studied piano, chamber music, historical keyboards and organ in Warsaw (Frederic Chopin Music University), Freiburg (Musikhochschule Freiburg) and Vienna (Universitat fur Musik und darstellende Kunst). She performs internationally with an emphasis on contemporary music, with special interest in the interdisciplinary performative art. She also has a profound understanding of Historically Informed Performance and specialist
knowledge of historical keyboard instruments. Wicherek professionally collaborates with Poland’s most important composers Paweł Mykietyn, Paweł Szymanski and Sławomir Kupczak, as well as with other composers worldwide. Her recordings include Paweł Szymanski's music on the soundtrack to the fm Violated Letters, a CD with the early music ensemble Proavitus.
Wicherek has been awarded several prizes including the Standard Bank Ovation Award at the National Arts Festival, South Africa, Grand Prix at the Competition of the 20th and 21st Centuries for Young Performers, Warsaw and the International Competition of Contemporary Chamber Music, Krakow. Joanna is a Young Artist of a prestigious Accademia Villa Bossi in Italy. At the moment she resides in Bern, Switzerland where she is active as a concert pianist and piano pedagogue.

Magdalena Budziszewska, Ph.D., is a psychologist and researcher affliated with the Faculty of Psychology, University of Warsaw. Her research interests include developmental and social psychology, as well as clinical psychology and psychotherapy. She has conducted multiple studies on psychological reactions to climate change and contemporary environmental crises.
She has practical experience and formal training in psychotherapy within humanistic and integrative approaches. She has also worked as an educational psychologist in a school context and currently researches environmental education's emotional consequences.

Lola Perrin is a composer, pianist and founder of ClimateKeys, an initiative that combines live music with guest speaker talks and audience dialogue on action on climate change.
