In September, we will read a play by Joël Pommerat, a leading French theatre artist. It will be fine (1) End of Ludvik is a text with a rare scope and ambition, set  at the start of the French Revolution. Joël Pommerat has used the formula of historical drama in order to address pressing contemporary themes. The central protagonist is a collective caught up in debate. Following on from this original approach, we wish to invite the audience to reenact the revolutionary situation and then stage, along with actors, the work together – those keen to take part will be assigned roles.

Following the reading, a discussion with the artists will take place.
