Generation After 9. Showcase. Borderline Call
Walls, barricades, fences… all taking up more and more space with tacit consent and even social acceptance. Everyone shows an interest in them – some are terrorized, others afraid, some try to fight them or take them down.
The world falls apart in an instant. We live on the borderline, near the frontline, and this is plunging us into life's chaos and uncertainty, i.e. a milder or more severe borderline condition.
Clinical symptoms:
• Unstable image of people and the world
• Emotional instability (falling from euphoria to depression, significant mood swings over a seemingly trivial thing)
• Lack of goals and preferences
• Frequent and chronic feeling of emptiness
The result? Borderline theatre is seeping out of us. But who should we fear more: “them” or “us”? Where does one draw the line between them? Can we afford to wander around in the wrong direction all the time? Will we find a fern flower in the forest somewhere in these winding paths? And what shape will it take, since it doesn't exist anyway?
