5th edition of the New Europe International Festival: Louder September - December 2024
We scream to silence someone's voice. We scream when we can't win. We scream when it hurts. We scream to prove our superiority when we realize we're perceived as inferior but we don't have the courage to accept it. We scream because we are free.
The 5th New Europe International Festival: LOUDER! is our scream for change, for freedom, for understanding. A scream to be heard, the last lifeline. A scream that is bold, sometimes desperate, and always honest.

Taking a stand against the increasingly ephemeral and festival-centric character of cultural life, we chose an ongoing formula for our event, which will run from September to December. We want to avoid framing our shows as fleeting, transient events, but want to turn them into a consistent practice of meeting with important theater artists from Europe and all over the globe.
Join us as we experience, discover, and confront a rich variety of perspectives, as well as engage in debate and conversation.
The curators of the 5th New Europe International Festival: Louder include: Olga Drygas, Piotr Gruszczyński, and Karolina Ochab.
