- Understanding of the English language
- Clear demonstration of interest or experience in research as part of the artistic process
- Clear demonstration of interest or experience with audience development or community projects
- Clear commitment to the issues of diversity and inclusion
- Clearly formulated needs and objectives for the artist’s career development, both nationally and internationally

NOWY TEATR Joins Hundreds of European Venues to Rally Against ‘Acute Threat’ to Artistic Freedom
Nowy Teatr is among the high-profile theatres, operas and galleries from 39 countries demanding the European Parliament protect the autonomy of cultural organisations. The leaders of almost 200 high-profile cultural organisations, representing thousands of artists from theatres, galleries, festivals and operas, have collectively raised their voice against an ‘acute threat’ to artistic freedom and cultural autonomy.
